Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience supporting supply/warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide all parts and supplies required to support technical O&M functions (e.g., jacks, telephones, jumper wire, electrical tape, tie wraps, pedestals, splice cases).
• Maintain a sufficient stock of items to supply day-to-day operations.
• Determine the source of supply using quotes or bids from multiple vendors to obtain best price/availability.
• Obtain purchase approval in advance with itemized details.
• Ensure adequate materials are available to support workload.
• Manage and maintain the Government cable yard for copper and fiber cables.
• Establish an audit trail for parts usage and prepare monthly reports.
