Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with access to affordable financing. The role offers a base salary target of $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus a performance-based compensation program, with on-site work in New Jersey.

You will develop customer relationships, present tailored loan solutions, and manage loan life cycles including collections while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Sales, collections or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
