Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in court and in the office.

The role requires deep experience in preparing and executing various legal cases, from drafting documents to managing case files and deadlines. You will conduct medical and legal research, prepare pleadings and motions, assist in trial preparation, and maintain strong communication with clients and counsel.

Formación

• Proficiency in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery packages.
• Experience in document review per New Jersey Court Rules.
• Preparation and filing of pleadings and motions in compliance with court rules.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal case management programs such as File Vine.
• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification preferred, with prior experience in litigation and personal injury law as a plus
