Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Paralegal or comparable litigation support experience.
• Strong knowledge of discovery, pleadings, e-filing, and docketing.
• Experience with computerized legal databases & document management systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Kofax experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Independent yet collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of litigation case files from discovery through hearings and trial prep.
• Process and maintain case databases, documents, discovery materials, and evidence.
• Compile and organize discovery responses, evidence, and exhibits.
• Assist with analysis and presentation of conventional and electronic evidence.
• Prepare and finalize pleadings and other documents for electronic filing and docketing.
• Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, and document management systems.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and other case-related events.
• Communicate professionally with counsel, clients, and court personnel.
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence related to active matters.
• Perform computer-based legal research and support attorneys with ongoing needs.
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
