Zevo Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide on-site group well-being interventions for content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals in Washington, DC. The role involves delivering evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support clients in handling workplace stress and building resilience.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and DC licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, psychotherapy, social work or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Licensed by DC Boards: DCBOP, DCBPC, DCBSW, DC Health.
• Certification in suicide risk assessment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
• Spanish language would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate in-person and group well-being interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships.
• Implement short-term, solution-focused group interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT.
• Deliver experiential, interactive group interventions with active engagement and real-time skills application.
• Complete all associated administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients.
• Facilitate creative sessions using art, movement, music, food and culture.
• Maintain timely, clear and accurate case notes and track session data.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team Lead and adhere to professional and ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed about latest Trust & Safety developments to ensure best practices.
• Complete all required administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately.
