Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer Service or Property Management experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current and future available apartments and market.
• Process rental applications and lease packages.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and demonstrate models/amenities.
• Assist in resident renewals and retention programs; help with rent collection as needed.
• Complete weekly traffic and activity reports.
