Job summary

You will develop manufacturing methods, apply Lean, and partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to improve cost, quality, and throughput.

The role requires hands-on engineering in a metals environment, CAD/CAM, GD&T, and ERP/MRP experience; you will analyze data, build roadmaps, and coach teams on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on manufacturing or metals experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and GD&T standards.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOM management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing methods for repeatability and scalability.
• Analyze workflows with time studies, simulations, and SPC.
• Own routings, work instructions, BOMs, and engineering blueprints.
• Lead Kaizen events to reduce cycle time and waste.
