Job summary

MindCare Solutions in Pleasant Hills, NC, is seeking a compassionate LCSW/LCMHC to provide behavioral health services to youth with complex needs. The clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy while collaborating with families and the treatment team.

The role is on-site, part-time (up to 20 hours per week on weekdays), and requires trauma-informed practice with children and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina LCSW or LCMHC license.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, identify behavioral health concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on youth's clinical needs.
• Utilize trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document youth progress, treatment outcomes, and changes in clinical presentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support youth experiencing acute emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, case managers, educators, and families.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations to youth and families.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with community providers and resources.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Advocate for the behavioral health needs and well-being of youth.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.

The clinician will conduct assessments, provide individualized and evidence-based therapy, develop treatment plans, support crisis intervention, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary treatment teams. The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed, compassionate, and experienced in working with children and adolescents.

Location : onsite, Pleasant Hills, NC
