This role is on-site and involves delivering mental health services to patients and families, with emphasis on collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must hold Maryland licensure (LCSW-C or LCPC) and have at least two years of experience with youth and adults.

Qualifications

• Maryland license required (LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and adults.
• Experience with adolescents is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to youth and families in centers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health needs.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments to identify goals and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the treatment team.
• Provide counseling to individuals, families and groups.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate with external agencies for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.

Job Summary

As a Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), you will be an integral part of our youth centers, delivering expert social work services to patients and their families. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will address the behavioral health needs of individuals facing challenges. This role provides a unique chance to make a positive impact. A Maryland License is required.

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

10am-6:30pm

FULLY ON-SITE (NO REMOTE OPTION)

Responsibilities

• Previous work experience with adolescents is required.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to addressing the behavioral health needs of youth and their families.
• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments to identify patients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Advocate for patients' rights and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Collaborate with the team and other healthcare professionals to integrate social work perspectives into the overall treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or acute situations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth and adults.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
