Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support daily commercial landscaping operations on-site, assist Project Managers and Crew Leaders, and help ensure projects are completed safely and to CW’s high standards of quality.

This hands-on, field-focused role requires working alongside landscaping crews, maintaining documentation, inspecting work, and helping with scheduling, material tracking, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial landscaping.
• 1+ years of landscaping crew lead experience.
• Basic understanding of horticulture, turf care, irrigation, and landscape construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to access restricted or government properties.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Crew Leaders to ensure on-site tasks run smoothly.
• Assist with scheduling, material tracking, and daily progress documentation.
• Participate in routine inspections and communicate deficiencies.
• Help operate landscaping equipment and enforce safety protocols.
• Respond to urgent site needs to protect client property.
