Pacific Coast Producers, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Label Machine Operator for our Woodland Distribution Center. The facility is a 500,000 sq. ft.

labeling and distribution operation with approximately 70 employees and three production lines. The role is full-time, on-site, with a 40-hour work week and occasional overtime. First and second shifts are available in a seniority-based CBA environment. Pay rate is $30.15 to $30.25 per hour, reflecting the seniority-based union setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to set up, operate, monitor, and adjust labeling machines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure labels meet standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as part of duties.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust automatic and semi-automatic label machines.
• Ensure proper label placement, alignment, and adhesion on products.
• Verify accuracy of labels and codes.
• Load and replenish label stock and materials as needed.
• Document production data, downtime, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth workflow.
