Under the direction of the Business Systems Analyst, you will troubleshoot, develop reports, assist with ERP configuration, testing and upgrades, and contribute to data integrity and system utilization for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of IT support, systems analysis, or data-related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ERP familiarity with Sage X3.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including Sage X3.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
• Support data validation, integrity checks, and issue resolution.
• Assist with ERP configuration, testing, and upgrades.
• Generate and maintain operational and financial reports.
• Document system processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Resolve support tickets and answer system-related questions for end users.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and integrations between systems.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors on system initiatives.
