Job summary

Bespoke Technologies is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to support a backend development team focused on middleware and backend services. This role requires strong Java coding, unit testing, and production deployments, with work performed on-site in Chantilly, VA.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of backend Java experience, Solr or Elasticsearch expertise (including schema updates and Lucene queries), and 3+ years in a big data environment using Hadoop, PySpark, Spark and HBase.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on backend Java development with unit testing, integration testing and production deployment.
• Solr or Elasticsearch expertise with schema updates and Lucene queries.
• Knowledge of Solr/Elasticsearch shards and performance tuning.
• Minimum of 3 years in a big data environment using Hadoop, PySpark, Spark and HBase.
• College degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
