You will perform routine cleaning tasks and follow site-specific guidelines to support a professional work environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of janitorial experience, with a willingness to learn and adhere to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, OR six months janitorial experience.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate basic information verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and restroom cleaning.
• Clean windows, carpets, floors, blinds, and upholstery.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Support team operations and workplace expectations.
• Provide on-the-job guidance or coaching to other employees as needed.
• Complete all required training.
• May be required to obtain security clearance depending on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
