Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or related; 2 years hands-on network engineering in an enterprise environment.
• 3–5+ years in network administration, security, or a related field.
• CCNA or equivalent certification required.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, Internet infrastructure.
• Configure switches, routers, firewalls, VPN systems, and network-management tools.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security events.
• Investigate security incidents and coordinate with IT staff.
• Maintain network-security documentation and standards.
