Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of network administration/IT infra experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco or Juniper equipment.
• Experience with WAN provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing & switching, and firewall technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco or Juniper devices.
• Monitor network performance and system health for reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and anticipate issues.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall problems.
• Support server infrastructure operations and related IT systems.
