Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT procurement experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT equipment and software licensing.
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage delivery issues.
• Experience using purchase orders, spreadsheets, and renewal tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement of computers, servers, storage, networking equipment, software, and IT services from request to invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate with technical and security teams to validate specs and ensure compliant purchases.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery commitments, licensing, and warranties with vendors while balancing cost and risk.
• Track orders, expedite shipments, and maintain accurate purchasing and warranty records.
• Manage software renewals and improve purchasing workflows to reduce delays and costs.
