Job summary
AWSNETWORKS GLOBAL is seeking an on-site field service technician to perform cabling, device installation (APs, routers, switches, POS, printers), and CCTV/AV maintenance at customer sites within a 75-mile radius.
This contract role requires you to provide your own hardware tools and reliable transportation. Flexible shifts from 6am to 9pm; travel pay and standard hourly pay apply. No formal training is offered; you will receive job instructions and have tech support available.
Qualifications
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting networking devices and low-voltage cabling.
- Ability to set up or troubleshoot a range of devices (APs, printers, POS, CCTV, AV).
- Own hardware tools for cabling and IT tasks; reliable transportation within 75 miles.
Responsibilities
- Set up or troubleshoot photocopiers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Install or troubleshoot fiber and low-voltage cables; network devices.
- Install/maintain CCTV, alarm systems, Kiosks, and AV systems.
- Work on server hardware/software and structured cabling.
- Travel to customer sites within a 75-mile radius; work between 6am–9pm.
