Responsibilities

Oversee IT service desk and deskside support by contracted technician.
Coordinate onboarding readiness and account provisioning.
Define Windows 11 PC image standards per Microsoft and MOBIS HQ guidelines.
Coordinate changes, patching, and hardware replacements.
Maintain network diagrams, inventories, and configuration backups.
Support security controls and remediation efforts; ensure audit readiness.
