Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware across client sites. This hands-on role offers early-career IT professionals a path to build technical expertise and grow into advanced engineering or infrastructure roles.

You must reside within a 45-minute commute of one of these areas: Fairfield, CA; Long Island, NY; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; Tampa, FL; Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, field services, or hardware repair.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent OEM certifications.
• Customer-facing technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and system components.
• Replace defective parts and perform hardware installations and upgrades.
• Collect and communicate technical data to support teams for escalations and project planning.
• Follow established service procedures and documentation standards.
• Deliver on-site support and maintain positive client relationships.
