Job summary

Performance Data Center is an on-site IT support provider located in Rapid City, SD. This role administers, modifies, and maintains Windows-based and banking platforms, ensuring efficient operation of client systems.

The candidate will train staff on information security, create reports, and respond to end-user needs with professional, timely service. Work hours may include non-standard shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2+ years in a Help Desk, IT Admin, or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, LAN/WAN) and Microsoft application management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying IT knowledge and provide high level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and courteous assistance to end-users using PDC systems, following documented workflows.
• Trains personnel on information security related to mainframe and PC Network systems.
• Manages and creates reports requested by departments, resolving errors and discrepancies.
• Maintains knowledge of PDC services and supports daily workstation operations.
