Ripple Fiber is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize inventory operations in a non-remote role based in the Indian Trail area. You will maintain records, forecast needs, and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure cost controls and timely stock availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, logistics, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of supply chain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
