Job summary

AOI is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Planner for our Sugar Land, TX facility to oversee daily material movements and maintain accurate inventory control. You will process material transactions in SAP/MES, safeguard assets, and support training and daily operations.

The role is on-site at our Houston-area facility with standard hours 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday; occasional after-hours support may be required. Relocation packages and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• 2–3 years in inventory management, preferably with electronic components.
• Familiarity with ERP Inventory module; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage issuing and receiving of all material types.
• Perform regular inventory counts (monthly and annual).
• Coordinate and execute inventory transactions using SAP/MES systems.
• Maintain custody of inventory materials and organize storage.
• Assist in audits and special assignments as needed.
