On-Site Inventory Clerk – Mine Operations

Turner Mining Group seeks a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to ensure stock accuracy and timely processing of receipts, issues, and cycle counts. This role supports maintenance, operations, and purchasing to keep a mining site running smoothly.

Based at a copper mining and processing site in southern Arizona, you will use the site inventory system, scanners, and standard warehouse equipment while following safety protocols and contributing to Environmental, Health and Safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with warehouse/inventory experience in industrial settings.
• Proven ability to receive, issue, count, and reconcile stock to defined accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP inventory systems.
• Ability to lift, stand and move materials safely in a mine-site warehouse; forklift cert a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication so counts and discrepancies are understood.
• Valid driver’s license; background check and pre-employment physical including drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect, and post inbound materials same shift to keep critical spares available.
• Maintain location-level inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Issue parts against authorized requests with proper documentation and traceability.
• Flag shortages and reorder risks early to avoid stockouts.
• Keep aisles and bins labeled, organized, and safely stored per site standards.
• Reconcile receipts, returns, and adjustments daily to match physical shelf counts.
• Support the site EH&S program on every task with safe handling and reporting.
