Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk at a copper mining site in southern Arizona. You will ensure stock accuracy, post receipts and cycle counts, and keep inventory traceable to support maintenance, operations and purchasing.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, accurate data entry, and collaboration with maintenance and purchasing teams to keep spares ready and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with warehouse/inventory control experience.
• Ability to receive, issue, count, and reconcile stock to defined accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP/inventory systems.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely; willingness to certify for powered industrial trucks.
• Clear written and verbal communication for counts and discrepancies.
• Valid driver''s license; background check and pre-employment physical including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and post inbound materials the same shift so critical spares and supplies are available before crews need them.
• Maintain location-level inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Issue parts and materials against authorized requests with complete documentation and proper lot/bin traceability.
• Flag shortages and reorder risks early so purchasing can replenish before stockouts.
• Keep aisles, bins, and staging areas labeled and organized to safety standards.
• Reconcile receipts, returns, and adjustments daily to match system records with physical stock.
• Support the site Environmental, Health and Safety program on every task.
