Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks an experienced Interior Designer to provide on-site support to NAVFAC Southeast at NAS Jacksonville, focusing on interior design for MILCON and facility renovations.

Responsibilities include producing design packages, space planning, AutoCAD/Revit drawings, and preparing RFP sections; requires DoD/Navy standards, sustainability, and coordination with architects and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with relevant interior design experience.
• Minimum of five years of professional interior design experience for facilities, including at least one year with a Federal Agency.
• Experience with DoD/Navy design criteria, codes, and sustainability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interior design packages, including SID, FF&E, and cost estimates.
• Develop space plans, layouts, finishes schedules, and design boards.
• Produce AutoCAD/Revit drawings for design-bid-build projects.
• Prepare interior design portions of RFPs and review submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate budgets and procurement documents; verify conditions on site.
