Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience as Controller or Interim Controller or senior finance leader.
• Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or cost accounting.
• ERP system experience and knowledge of financial reporting controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll and cash management.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; advise leadership.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Strengthen accounting processes, controls and reporting procedures.
• Support strategic projects and operational improvements.
