LumicIQ is seeking an on-site engineer to work closely with customers, understanding operations and integrating data into our platform. You’ll map system landscapes, design integration strategies, and build connectors in C# / .NET on Azure.

You’ll also pilot deployments, train users, and support sales with technical credibility. Ideal candidates are hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to travel ~50% to meet customer schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundational engineering principles including system design and data modeling
• Proficiency in C# / .NET and full-stack range (React/TypeScript)
• Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, file drops and poorly documented endpoints
• Hands-on experience with LLMs ( Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor ) and platform integrations
• Ability to explain complex systems to both CIOs and operations staff
• Comfort with ambiguity and being the sole LumicIQ on-site
• Willingness to travel roughly 50% and adapt to customer schedules
• Self-directed with high ownership and initiative

Aufgaben

• Work on site with customers to understand operations, workflows, and constraints
• Map customer system landscapes and design integration strategies to feed data into the platform
• Build integrations in C# / .NET on Azure, including connectors and data mappings
• Stand up pilots and demonstrate value quickly by configuring the platform and validating results
• Build trust on-site, train customers, and address questions effectively
• Support the sales process with technical credibility through demos and architecture reviews
• Own customer health after launch and identify opportunities for expansion
• Translate field learnings into reusable platform features and documentation
• Turn deployments into repeatable patterns and tooling
