Job summary
Nexus Circular is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot our industrial control systems and sensors. You will interpret schematics, wire devices, and use diagnostic tools to keep manufacturing lines safe and efficient.
Successful candidates will have PLC troubleshooting and SCADA experience, instrumentation calibration skills, and a strong safety mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot industrial control systems and sensors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude and safety focus.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, sensors, and automated equipment.
- Interpret schematics, wire devices, and use diagnostic tools to ensure safe operation.
- Monitor PLCs and SCADA systems to keep manufacturing processes efficient.
- Adhere to safety compliance in an industrial environment.
- Collaborate across Nexus Circular's Atlanta and McDonough sites; work on site as required.
