Job summary
Nexus Circular is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems and sensors across our Atlanta operations. You will interpret schematics, wire devices, and use diagnostic tools to keep manufacturing processes safe and efficient.
Key duties include PLC troubleshooting, SCADA monitoring, instrumentation calibration, and ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience installing and maintaining industrial control systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Strong commitment to safety compliance in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, sensors, and automated equipment.
- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to install devices correctly.
- Perform diagnostics and PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Monitor SCADA systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams while able to work independently.
