Job summary

OccuCare Injury Prevention is expanding its presence in the Twin Cities market and seeks a Injury Prevention Specialist (PT, OT, or ATC) to join our growing team. The role supports employer sites throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area with on-site injury prevention, wellness, and ergonomic services, 2–5 days per week, with occasional same-day travel beyond the metro.

The ideal candidate holds a PT, OT, or ATC license, is comfortable traveling, and can assess musculoskeletal incidents,

Qualifications

• Licensed professional in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Athletic Training in the state of practice.
• Current licensure/certification in the respective field.
• Willingness to learn OSHA first aid techniques and ergonomic principles.
• Proficiency with internet-based technology and remote communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; willingness to travel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to musculoskeletal incidents on-site at client locations.
• Perform on-site evaluations and early intervention for work-related injuries.
• Provide OSHA First Aid guidelines-based care and determine need for further medical attention.
• Collaborate with site managers to implement ergonomic improvements and risk mitigation.
• Document activities and report to employers on program status weekly.
• Travel between sites within the Twin Cities area as needed.
