Qualifications

• Background in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain it before starting work.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Ergonomic and/or occupational health experience required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide ergonomic assessments and recommendations.
• Conduct in-person ergo/lift training in a classroom setting.
• Document injuries and maintain health metrics efficiently.
• Provide reports to leadership regarding performance metrics.
