Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years related experience.
• Background in processing polycarbonate is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Performs quality assurance checks by observing continuous operation of automatic injection molding machines to ensure products meet specifications and detect jams or malfunctions.
• Measures and visually inspects products for surface and dimensional defects using precision measuring instruments.
• Sets up, operates, processes acceptable quality first piece parts and tends plastic injection molding machines to mold plastic parts and products.
• Installs molds into machines or presses according to production schedule and reads work orders.
• Verifies machine process and records temperatures, pressures, and cycle times on setup sheets.
• Maintains inventories and records quantities of materials and finished products; requisitions supplies as necessary.
• Keeps a clean and orderly work area and adheres to safety rules and procedures.
