Job summary

Ecoplastic America is seeking an Injection Molding Manager to lead the plant's injection molding operations in Register, GA. You will plan, organize, and supervise daily production to achieve targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will drive continuous improvement, mentor operators, and coordinate with maintenance and planning teams to meet client schedules and budget targets. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in auto parts manufacturing.
• 5+ years of hands-on knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production planning to fulfill client orders accurately and on time.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of injection molding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Schedule preventive maintenance with maintenance staff.
• Recruit, train, and supervise injection molding operators, upholding safety and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development feedback.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet client specifications.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with QA team.
