EVCO Plastics in Calhoun, GA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead cross-functional programs from concept through launch on a full-time onsite basis. You’ll drive schedules, manage risks, and ensure alignment with technical requirements while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plastics and 5+ years in project management, with hands-on experience in injection molding and a proven track record delivering on-time, high-quality production

Qualifications

• 5+ years plastics experience.
• 5+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs; drive actions to closure
• Coordinate tooling, process development, and validation activities with engineering, quality, and operations
• Manage customer and internal communication, including status updates, documentation, and change control
• Use data and structured problem-solving to support continuous improvement during and after launch
