Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Intermediate Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide Systems Engineering and SETA support to the Missile Defense Agency’s MDIOC Mission Engineering Team at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.

This 100% on-site role supports the MDIOC Chief Engineer for the baseline and for developing new capabilities. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and 3+ years in systems engineering with strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, facilities management, information technology, or a related field.
3+ years' experience in systems engineering and technical support to program management.
Ability to depict technical approaches, designs, and implementations in written and graphical form.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support infrastructure asset data collection, analysis, and lifecycle activities to prioritize maintenance, upgrades, and security.
Assist with obsolescence assessments and modernization of aging infrastructure.
Develop test procedures, execute plans, collect data, and document results for V&V activities.
Maintain engineering activity tracking tools and dashboards and prepare weekly reports.
Coordinate with multiple organizations to sustain and modernize infrastructure.
