Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in crane operations, rigging, or construction safety is valued but not required.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, implementation, and safety auditing of formal safe work procedures and programs.
• Assist with the development of safety training materials and the deployment of training for employees.
• Support project management with development of safety plans for projects and related safety documents.
• Travel to nearby client sites to maintain a positive safety presence while employees are on-site.
• Lead safety meetings each week for yard, shop, and field sites.
