SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on machinery, drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and ensure records of maintenance are up to date.

The role requires an apprenticeship or industrial technology education with 3+ years in manufacturing, including PLCs, welding, and electrical/electronic diagnostics. Travel to divisions may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining production equipment, machines, and facilities systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and plan corrective actions.
• Familiarity with safety rules, regulations, and records maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance on drives, motors, belts, and fluid checks.
• Provide skilled maintenance to equipment, processes, and facilities.
• Keep records of corrective and preventive maintenance performed.
• Communicate maintenance needs to supervisor and lead daily maintenance activities.
• Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and implement repairs.
• Propose improvements and cost-saving opportunities in maintenance processes.
• Interact professionally with employees and customers and manage project progress.
