FLANDERS Inc. in Lakeland, FL seeks a Field Services Industrial Electrician to support Field Service Engineers at customer sites. You will diagnose control systems and motors, perform maintenance and repairs, and assist with on-site projects while ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards.

You will receive on-the-job training, work closely with customers, complete service documentation, and maintain tools and test equipment to support high‑priority field work in heavy industry.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or trade school preferred in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Or practical electrical experience in mining, metal, mills or heavy industrial industries.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair control systems and motors.
• Identify and assist with repair needs.
• Receive on-the-job training from Field Engineers.
• Complete service documentation and time tracking.
• Maintain tools and test equipment.
• Communicate with customers on technical questions as directed by Field Service Engineers.
• Ensure work meets Flanders' ISO Quality System.
