Job summary

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Philadelphia is seeking a Mobile Technician to service hydraulic and industrial hoses on-site at customer locations across various industries. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving are valued; prior hose experience is not required, as comprehensive training is provided.

The role involves traveling in a company vehicle, handling repairs, and building lasting customer relationships, with on-call shifts offering additional incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Hydraulic hose experience is NOT required. We will train the right person.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Experience working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, machinery, or other mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fully equipped company service vehicle and travel to customer locations.
• Repair, replace, install, and assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses on-site.
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses to customer specifications.
• Respond quickly to customer service calls to help minimize equipment downtime.
• Work with customers in manufacturing, construction, equipment rental, and other industries.
• Maintain and organize your service vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and dependable service.
• Participate in a rotating on call/emergency service schedule with additional incentive pay.
