Job summary

PIRTEK USA is seeking Hose Assembly and Installation Technicians to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base. This role involves manual labor and on-call hours with incentive pay in a fast-paced environment that values strong communication and customer service.

You will operate from a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a mobile hose workshop/van, performing calls locally and building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined; experience wrenching on vehicles or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service calls in the local area, both indoor and outdoor environments
• Identify and remove faulty hoses and/or hose assemblies, install the new replacement to service the needs of a diverse customer base
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain van and equipment
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on site when possible
• Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule (with increased incentive pay)
• Performs other related duties as assigned
