The Collier Companies is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our on-site team at the Gainesville, FL home office. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment while delivering excellent resident service and support across communities in our portfolio.

This role requires EPA Type II certification (Universal preferred) and a history of reliable HVAC service, with flexibility for on-call rotations and strong attention to detail in maintenance records.

Qualifications

• EPA Type II certification required.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Two+ years HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to service requests.
• Manage rotating on-call schedule and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
