The Village at Gainesville seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our senior living community. You will respond to routine maintenance requests from residents and staff, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in HVAC with a Level Universal certificate. This on-site role requires occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call duty, and offers a comprehensive

HVAC Technician
