Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC On-Site Project Manager to lead a crew on construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient installations that meet budget, codes, and design specs.

You will coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and trade partners, supervise technicians, review plans and schedules, manage material flow, perform quality checks, and report progress to the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in HVAC installation or repair with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specs.
• Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Review project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure scope compliance.
• Coordinate daily tasks and allocate materials to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Provide progress reports and timesheets to the project manager.
• Liaise with general contractors and trade partners to resolve issues.
