You will coordinate tasks, review plans, manage schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification preferred; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to meet project priorities.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems to code and specifications.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers; report progress and timesheets.
