Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health with regulatory standards knowledge.
• Experience in Workplace Safety and EHS, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs for diverse site teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in construction, heavy civil, railroad, or industrial environments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, CHST) and knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental programs across construction and railroad project sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver safety training; maintain incident and compliance documentation.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
