Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Arizona Teaching Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Experience supporting diverse learners across levels, including honors/accelerated work.
• Strong instructional skills with differentiation and student-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site 1-on-1 and small-group instruction.
• Create a structured, engaging classroom adaptable to diverse needs.
• Support students in on-track pacing, acceleration, or honors work.
• Monitor progress and deliver targeted interventions or enrichment.
• Build strong relationships to motivate and hold students to high standards.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Support online learners with feedback and progress monitoring.
• Communicate regularly with students and families to support engagement.
• Engage in outreach and professional collaboration.
