Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Arizona Teaching Certificate in the relevant subject area, or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to support diverse learners across levels including accelerated/honors.
• Strong instructional differentiation and student-centered practices.
• Ability to manage a structured yet flexible classroom with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site 1-on-1 and small-group instruction.
• Create a structured, engaging classroom responsive to diverse needs.
• Support pacing, acceleration, or honors-level work.
• Monitor progress and deliver targeted interventions or enrichment.
• Build strong relationships to motivate and engage students.
• Maintain attendance and progress records.
• Support online students with instruction and feedback.
• Communicate regularly with students and families.
