You will perform minor repairs, inspect appliances, follow safety procedures, and report issues to management. The position requires physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct minor repairs such as tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching walls.
• Inspect and maintain appliances, fixtures, grout, caulking, and furniture to ensure proper function.
• Follow safety policies and complete required trainings.
• Report accidents or issues to management immediately.
• Assist with emergency procedures as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as requested by management.
