Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a skilled hospital maintenance technician at the Menomonee Falls facility. This on-site role focuses on building and equipment maintenance across HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds-keeping to support clinic/hospital operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience, a High School diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Training includes HVAC, Building Automation, and locksmithing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Building maintenance or plant operations experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• In depth knowledge in HVAC, Building Automation, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Pevco and Locksmith.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Performs repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance including HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, grounds-keeping.
• Provides training and assessment of new hires and continued training of maintenance staff.
